Richard Digby Day

Richard Digby Day is a prominent British theatre director, international professor, and lecturer, best known for his work in classical theatre, particularly Shakespeare and George Bernard Shaw. He served as the Artistic Director for five UK theatres, including the York Theatre Royal, and is noted for staging more Shaw productions than any other living director. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and has worked with many of theatre's greatest figures.
