Clive Conway Productions (CCPL) address is: Jeffersons Business Centre, 6 South Bar Street, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX16 9AA and it's trading affiliate Red Brick Design (RBD) which provides booking services to CCPL, is based at Aldworth, Veryan Green, Truro, Cornwall TR2 5QQ (Hereinafter referred to as "CCPL", "RBD", "we", "us", or "our").

If you provide your opt-in consent to subscribe to marketing information from us, we will process your email address and name for the

purpose of sending you marketing information about our products and services. The legal basis for this processing is your consent. You may

COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Neither CCPL or their trading affiliates currently utilise cookies and or similar tracking technologies.

DATA RETENTION

Your personal data will not be retained for a period in excess of two years after the termination or cessation of our services or purposes, with the exception of when local laws and regulations require it to be retained beyond that period.

TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA

CCPL is a UK registered company. To offer our products and services, we may need to transfer your personal data to other CCPL affiliates in non-EU/EEA countries. Any transfers of personal data to outside EU/EEA countries are conducted pursuant to European Commission approved Standard Contractual Clauses.

Neither CCPL or any of it's trading affiliates knowingly collects information from children, as defined by local law, and does not target our website or services to children. If we learn that we have collected the personal data of children, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.
