Our old friend Tim Brooke-Taylor is back with his show Oh Goody! which reminisces about his 50 plus year career in comedy and plays The Festival Drayton Centre in Market Drayton on Friday (9th February)

In conversation with journalist and broadcaster Chris Serle, Tim shares a wealth of great stories and anecdotes from his years on stage, screen and radio. It will include of course stores about his work on The Goodies and  I’m Sorry I Haven’t a Clue. There are plenty of surprises too. Tim relates how he once directed Orson Welles in a feature film, shot a memorable round of golf with Sevvy Ballesteros. He also persuaded David Frost to employ Marty Feldman and played a key role in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory

There are stories about John Cleese, Richard Wilson, Graeme Garden, Bill Oddie and many more.  He may even be persuaded to reveal the truth about Samantha and the rules of Mornington Crescent. Add to all this warmth and good humour, plenty of clips of great moments from Tim’s TV and film appearances and a memorable evening of fun and laughter is guaranteed.
