Master chef Raymond Blanc to reopen Le Manoir and brasseries
So pleased to hear that Raymond Blanc’s wonderful Michelin starred Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons is hoping to reopen this week.
Tucked away in the picturesque countryside eight miles outside Oxford, this 15th-century manor house hotel and restaurant really is in a class of its own.
Maître de maison Blanc stamped his passion for fine food and set about creating a unique Anglo-French style from the day the restaurant opened in 1984. it was rewarded later that year with two Michelin stars which it has held them ever since.
Clive Conway Productions has been closely involved with M. Blanc for many years, often supplying guest speakers for special functions, particularly the annual Christmas Carol dinners.
With its individually-designed suites, stunning gardens and comforting open fires in the winter months, Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons seriously lives up to its name. Summer, autumn, winter or spring, it is a place of rare delights
